yeah we kind of joke about it. we can get away with any insult as long as we add that phrase.:lol:

Yep.

 

And if the conversation is about someone who isn't present, then "Aww....  Bless his heart..."  (usually shortly after his name is mentioned) means "I am not saying this to be ugly (another southernism meaning intentionally insulting or demeaning), but the fact is that we all know he's just flat stupid"
