I'm not going to lie, my first thought was ...how do we turn this into a game setting?

In revising the home dimension of Tyrannon the Conqueror, for the CU, I built it around toroidal stars and planets within a smoke-ring galaxy.

Of course the artist completely screwed up the illustration.

Hey, their heads have big holes nobody sees, so why not the planet they stand on?

... Carefully appending "Bless your heart" to the question immediately above.

In this case, "Bless their hearts," else you're directing it to Starlord.

While it might not seem so to outsiders, there's a fairly complex set of rules that go with that. :)

Novak Djokovic wins record seventh Australian Open. This makes him outright third on all time list.

While I had predicted victory for Djokovic, I was surprised to see him win in straight sets. I expected a much closer match, like the slugfest in 2012.

Nadal played a brlliantly in the tournament until the championship, where it seemed he just couldn't get it together.

How the hell did you change your birthday?!

(and congratulations!  That's wonderful!)

I joined these boards while I was working at the cancer research center part-time and teaching part-time.  The grant ran out in 2008 and I went full-time in the physics department in the school up on the top of the hill.  I'm still at the latter.
