Gabriel Sandoval was a low level tech for VIPER at a nest in Madrid. During an UNTIL raid Gabriel attempted to find his wife and fellow tech Gia and as he ran towards her a huge explosion rocked the facility. She was crushed under rubble right before his eyes. He managed to escape capture and also took with him a prototype laser sniper/cybernetic hud interface called the Basilisk. Now known as Red Eye Sandoval uses the high powered weapon and bleeding edge targeting system as tool for revenge against UNTIL while also on the run from VIPER. He keeps a ragged scrap of his wife's dress that he pulled from the wreckage tied around his arm as a constant reminder of his mission.

I rather like Quackhell's Red Eye - nicely done.  I could see using him in my Champions campaign.

Insector is an alien bug which got bitten by a 'radioactive' human which gave him advance intelligence and a humanoid form, but kicked him out of the galactic hive mind. Thinking for itself for the very first time, it realized that it's queen's quest to conquer all other planets to make a hive-universe under her control was wrong. The Queen's insectoid henchbugs hunt it with extreme prejudices, and it found a place to hide upon Earth. But it fell In love with the world and swears to protect it, even from themselves.

 

(If it is not obvious, Insector is a drone of his race. This "it" as oppose to "him/her".)

The Mutilator

 

Tracy Ramey wanted only one thing in life--to hurt severely everybody he thought had hurt him, and that was a very long list.  He designed a fighting suit with stingers in the gauntlets and boots, charged with painful, debilitating venom.  He wanted to call himself Killer Wasp, but he could never get the wings to work.  Then he learned about the red velvet wasp, a species without wings--and while he admired it for its viciousness, there was no way he was going to call himself Red Velvet anything.

 

Then, after further research, he learned it was of the insect family Mutillidae--and that gave him his new name.  The perfect name.

 

As The Mutilator, Ramey loves to fight and hurt people, and he's good at it as well, much to the regret of heroes and law enforcement officers who make the mistake of underestimating him.  His utility belt carries extra venom cartridges for his stingers, as well as any other equipment he finds necessary.  The helmet, in addition to protecting his head from harm,  contains a set of infra-red lenses that allow him to see in the dark, and he is in the process of designing a new helmet incorporating a limited air supply--just the thing to protect him from the effects of the venom gas bombs he has just designed.

Searchlight

 

No evil can escape from Searchlight. When the lights go down or someone uses a dark field then Searchlight is there to bring the light of day onto the subject.  He appears in the darkest of circumstances to bring the light of truth and justice to any situation. No evil can escape him and all who would bring despair and brutality to menace innocence will be vanquished by Searchlight

When the lights go out in the big game and the generator back ups are not kicking in Spotlight lights up the big game.He is one of the most powerful and popular heroes(the sports and concert scene loves him and he sold more toys and Jerseys than the top 10 sports players combined)Some even say a certain Patriots QB wife was going to leave her husband for him.

He is the diabolical Headlight. Formally a superhero with the power of light generation, this light forces everyone to stair into it like deer, he soon realise EVERYONE can be affected like that, not just villains and criminals. And HE could rob everyone blind while everyone is frozen in place looking at his light.

Always in the wrong place at the wrong time and in danger from every imaginable peril and always saved in the nick of time by his super powered pals. He had the gift of subtle precognition and would instinctually go to sites that deep down he knew disasters, crimes or supervillain activity would soon occur. A run in with the dimension, space and time hopping thief Tempus Fugitive send him spiraling to the future and the year 2357. This trip through the Warp Zone also granted him the ability to now travel through space and time. He realized that with his ability to know when and where crises would occur and with the help of the heroic Intergalactic Conglomeration of Super-Beings he created a suit that would allow him to signal any heroes to respond to the areas he warped to with his power. He is Zavior, a galactic overload who believes himself to be the savior of the universe. As long as he controls the universe, he believes that he can save it from the other force. He does not even think that the sentient beings of the universe have a say in the matter.

 

Zavior has multiple bodies, each one connected to one cosmic force. This one is connected to electricity. There is also water, ice, heat, gravity, motion, etc. All of them know what the others are doing at all times, and each one is active at once. Rarely do they join forces at one place, because of the universe and the size if it. Woe to the planet where two Zaviors lands upon it at the same time.

Only two entries, but both well done. The winner is Zavior as I like the multiple cosmic force aspects concept and can imagine a huge crossover event where they all combine to threaten reality as a near unstoppable entity. Steriaca has the floor.

Swordswoman extraordinaire Daz Wildheart and sorceress supreme Yari Brightmoon are the most famous heroes in the Crystal Kingdoms renowned for their amazing adventures and for defending the realm from evil. Their wedding at the Prism Palace was the most celebrated occasion in the kingdoms history, but then tragedy struck. Daz and Yari opened a “gift” that ended up being from their most powerful enemy the High Priestess Auzil. They were struck with a curse of being “Forever Together” that merged them into one being. The couple despaired at first, but now heroically continue to fight the good fight while seeking a cure to the curse and to stop Auzil’s evil machinations once and for all.

Not really, since it is supposed to be Cutie Honey (both of them) from the anime Cutie Honey Universe. One of the three anime series developed to celebrate Go Naga's 50th year as a mangaka (the others are Gretta Robo Armageddon and Devilmsn Crybaby).
