For the logistic function f(x) = L / (1 + e-k(x-x0)), iterative non-linear least-squares fit to the 13 data points gives L = 0.6786, k = 0.5614, x0 = 8.0052.

 

The uncertainties on those fit values are large, but at this point I lack a formalism that'll tell me what those are.  There are also not very many data points compared to fit parameters.  I have the covariance matrix for them, but there's a scaling factor that has to be applied to that and I can't find what that should be.
