Guest Confusinator
Anyone have a link for Call of Cthulu conversions to Hero?
Lord Liaden
Afraid I don't know of a site for system conversions offhand, but here you can find Michael Surbrook's HERO System versions of a number of Lovecraft creatures, based on their descriptions in CoC: http://www.devermore.net/surbrook/adaptionscreatures/creatures.html
Susano
And I have more to add... once I get around to it. *Sigh* Why couldn't I be independently wealthy so I could devote more time to projects like this?
Space Cadet
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd almost rather see a revival of the "Cthulu For President" campaign. Anything would be an improvement after what we've had to put up with since the beginning of the current Administration... Kevin Scrivner
Unfortunately ... It seems the Mighty Tentacled One has pulled an Al Gore and chosen not to run. Ever since Pat Robertson ran on the Republican ticket back in the '80s, candidates with obvious religious affiliations have been under attack by liberals. You can see, of course, how that would put Cthulhu at a disadvantage. After all, he IS a god and has the ultimate in conservative agendas (bring back the Elder Gods and return mankind to snack food status). And the Innsmouth lobby is a New England special interest group by anyone's definition.

I believe that Jesus Christ is worshipped by most conservatives - not a figment of people's imagination. And the Innsmouth lobby is a New England special interest group by anyone's definition. LOL. Just out of curiousity, to which President are you referring to -- or was this a blanket statement? Space Cadet
dugfromthearth
I think he was talking about the governor of California.

Since you attacked our sitting president, I think the typical response would be to throw back Clinton in your face.
Evil Steve
Originally posted by Galadorn Since you attacked our sitting president, I think the typical response would be to throw back Clinton in your face. Is it just me or should the words 'Clinton' and 'Face' not be used in any combination with the word 'Throw'.

bobrunnicles
"QE1: And there's definitely been no sign of Edmund? Percy: I fear not, mum. QE1: I bet he's vanished. Simply vanished. Percy: Like an old oak table. Great quote, Bishop Of B&W - eat any babies lately? However, I feel I should advise you that it's actually "ma'am" and not "mum" that Percy says. Contraction of the word "madam" I believe. Just for your info
