Turnaround on Issues

I want to make sure that EVERYONE understands that this is not an angry post.  I am in NO WAY angry about the turnover rate (yet).  I am curious however on how long it uusualy takes for an issue to be responded to with the online store.  I only posted it last night and would expect AT LEAST a 24 hour turnover rate, if not 2-5 days.  Like I said, I am only curious how long it usually takes.  I realize that these days Hero is a microscopic operation, and that people involve have other jobs, family, lives outside of Hero.
