I plan on texting "turns" to players and using the map(s) for combat. Anyone done anything like this? Any suggestions or ideas are welcome. Have you thought of using Roll20 just for the digital tabletop? You could capture the maps easily enough to send on and roll20 can work anywhere you can run chrome. For detail though, I prefer working from desktop... I guess it depends exactly how you plan to use the mapping software. More detail...?
