"FTL Travel" with "Usable as a Second Mode of Movement: Flight"

Hi Steve,

 

If base "FTL Travel" is purchased (1LY/Year) with "Usable as a Second Mode of Movement: Flight" (Active Point cost: 12), is the flight speed 10m or 12m?

 

Also, what is the minimum distance that can be travelled using the "FTL Travel" power? 1 light-second?

2. The rules don’t establish a minimum travel distance for FTL (or any other Movement Power), so this is a question best left to the GM. And don’t forget that the rules strictly forbid using FTL Travel in an atmosphere.
