Background/History:  James Shore was a thief and con man when he was picked up by (insert villain org) kidnapping street people to experiment on to give them super powers.  He grew do dislike the treatment and callousness that was shown to their vic...err subjects.  When he fell in with three others and promptly made their escape. The four decided to stay together to make their own scores and occasionally strike back against (organization).
