Movement - how do you do it

Have you found in play that is what happens?  Because I've always used it even when the official rules stopped and the only time its an issue is when people really need to hit and carefully aim, otherwise its pretty well ignored.

Honestly I can't remember the last time I used the OCV penalty for a half-move in Hero. I've seen it used in other games, and seem them sometimes turn into a boring, static slugfest. Depends on your players, of course. I guess I'd just rather assume some movement as part of the baseline, and let people Brace, etc. if they want more accuracy.
