She now uses them to fight the Axis as Columbia. Appearance: Cassidy Young is a tall beautiful woman with red hair and blue eyes. As Columbia she wears a red, white, and blue swimsuit, with blue boots and red and white trim, and gold bracelets. She can summon a gold trident at will. He naturally possessed powers but Nazi scientist took credit for it.) He was trained to go undercover as a superhero in America to discover the identities of those with powers in the U.S.. Working as reporter William Dexter he wrote pro-Axis stories and did his best to keep America out of the war. As Captain Atlas he joined the League of Heroes, and was responsible for it's destruction the night before Germany declared War on the United States. Exposed as a traitor by Raven, he was finally captured by Miss Freedom during the events known as The Philadelphia Experiment. Appearance: Wilhelm Drexler/William Dexter is a well built man with black air and blue eyes. As Captain Atlas he wore a blue costume with a Globe on his chest, and Green boots and cape.
