Rules and Regulations

These rules are subject to change based on how the Babylon City project goes.

 

Please follow the following basic rules (most are common sense):

1. No foul language other than comic book foul language ("^%*!@&#$!!!")  This club is PG; not PG13 or higher.  No pornography.  I shouldn't have to say this, but just in case.
2. No trace-able copyrighted material.  In other words, if the character or place was created by someone else, you shouldn't put it here.  Likewise, all creations are the property of their creators and are free to use for personal use only.  If you wish to use it in a greater fashion, please contact the creator.  If you accidentally use a name used by someone else, that's ok as I understand that you are competing with 8 decades plus of comic originality.  Just lay off the commonly known names like Superman, Batman, Ironman, Sorcerer Supreme, etc.

 

Rules for Content

1. Do not add city sections.  If you think I am missing a city section, please tell me and I'll consider adding it.
2. Do not change or link to another person's locale in the city without permission.  In other words, if someone has Louie's Pizza as a place in the city, do not add Bababooies Pizza and note a direct history with Louie's without Louie's creator's consent.
3. Do not put GM only information here.  Another club will be formed with GM content only.  This area should be for public information.
4. Do not put content which identifies where the city is other than being in the United States.  The city has a waterfront but beyond that, is designed to be plugged into any place in the United States.  The waterfront is not defined as a sea or riverfront, just a place where ships can dock.
5. Do not alter too drastically the setting.  This setting is a generic modern day Superheroic setting.  It can probably be used for other Heroic level settings.  Posts should be made about it's current history as well as past.  Do not make it unusable for a modern superheroic setting.  (Don't have a zombie epidemic or alien overlord military outpost warping the setting.)
6. All of my posts will be for a 400 Standard Superheroic game per the definition in the 6th Ed(6e1p34-35).
