Marcus Impudite
As Christmas is drawing near in Campaign City, people are out shopping, Christmas Caroling, and engaging in all the usual seasonal activities. But not all is Christmas cheer, as crooks dressed up as Santa's Elves are going around robbing stores and banks armed with an arsenal of Christmas-themed weapons. They've been seen using snowflake shuriken, candy cane tonfas, snowman concussion grenades, Christmas tree fragmentary grenades, Christmas light flashbang grenades, bricks of plastic explosives disguised as fruitcakes, and guns that launch holiday-themed Entangles at targets (i.e., ribbons and festive holiday wrappings, made of some super-strong polymer). They make their getaways in a rocket-propelled open sleigh, too fast for Campaign City police to catch them. WWYCD?

Mister Trent
These hooligans have definitely earned their spots on the Naughty List this year, Ol' Saint Nick won't appreciate someone committing crimes while in the guise of his helpers. assault
Unusual. Where there are elves, there is generally a Santa. But where is he? Theme villains tend to lead from the front. Clearly something more devious than usual is going on.
mrinku
Robo-bushi is definitely dusting off his theme song and chasing the sleigh on Jets of Fire. Big Girl is going to get pretty pissed off that her holiday shipping has been disrupted. Things will be thrown. Captain Third would try to catch a goon to give them the Third Degree. Dwarfstar might try to impersonate a Dwarfstar action figure to get snatched along with the loot.
Hermit
Not only would Pinrpick hunt them down to bring them to justice, the six inch tall archer would do it dressed as a Christmas elf just to scare the holy#### out of them
steriaca
Humm... Paradox Timely: she would make sure if these roberies are suppose to happen. If not, she would try to stop them without revealing herself. Sunburn: well, if his retired but is in a location being robbed, he'll try to stop it. He remembers the "Reindeer Raiders", where nine super criminals got together, named themselves after Santa's Reindeers (and Rudolph) and robbed banks for Christmas. Although not violent as this is being made out as, Foxbat was behind it.
