Powerstation Cafe

The Powerstation Cafe hosts several Tesla power charging stations as well has hybrid chargers.  The cafe itself was fairly typical of modern coffee shops with coffee source from the local roasting company.  A few years ago the, cafe owner decided to create a new drink called the Overcharge.  The Overcharge is not a new concept but it has gained popularity at the cafe.  It consists of espresso brewed using caffeinated water.  6 shots of it are poured into a cup along with milk and foam to top it off and sprinkles of chocolate on the foam.  A popular drink during finals week with the college crowd.

Hiro's Gyros

A strange mix of but potent force in the neighborhood.  Hiro Nakashima is a Japanese native who is a fan of old country and western music.  He came to Babylon City 20 years ago earning a B.A. in music theory at the University.  Living in the United States was a bit more expensive than he originally thought and budgeted for so he took a part time job at a Greek restaurant (no longer in business).  It was there he befriended the owner and chef Alesandro Frangos.  Hiro found he had a knack for making delicious greek food and when Alesandro Frangos retired, Frangos help seed Hiro's Gyros restaurant.  The restaurant is a small cafe but is constantly busy with standing room only from 11a-1p.  Many supers and law enforcement people love eating at Hiro's and he photos with them all.  In the evening, the restaurant is still busy though at usually a more sedate pace than at lunch times.  On Friday and Saturday nights, Hiro will come out and play his acoustic guitar to the restaurant goers.  The food is 70% traditional Greek but Hiro mixes in other influences too.  A mackerel gyro based on Japanese influences, a spicy chipotle gyro from Mexico, and a Norwegian lutefisk gyro are some of the unique flavors offered, most are well received but some fail spectacularly (lutefisk?).  In any case, the traditional Greek fare is always good and draws in the majority of the crowds.
