Ah.

Any ideas about the new members of CLOWN? Beyond my three (P, J, and Head Stooge), I have some idea characters.

Balloon Boy: Young boy who is a wiz with balloon animals. Not only can he create them, but he can infuse then with "life". Finally, he can inflate his body to float.

And...that is all I got for now.

Remember when picking members of CLOWN that fighting is not the reason for the group's existence. All members should be picked by what they contribute to the prank first, and combat second, if at all.

The group will change a bit from 4th, but pranks are the main goal still for the group

Here's a couple possibilities

The first guy could be "Balloon Boy" (not much of a boy, looking like a stocky man, but names are only suggestions). The second one, humm...energy projection. Could be Spotlight in a solid body. Who knows? (Well, the author, Tiger, does.)

Next victim.

Paul and Judith Smith are twin mutants. Paul calls himself P, and Judith calls herself J. They are minor mentalist with a periment psychic link to each other. What one knows, the other knows. What one sees, the other sees. What one feals, the other feals.

The duo specialises in information gathering, acting, and spying. They do have a "CLOWN suit", but rairly wears it. They also like twin puns, and bothering others by finishing each other's sentences.

I'm guessing he's that large because he's full of helium?  (Does he have an inflated ego?)  I'm imagining him speaking in a high, squeaky voice.

Might make an interesting DF, along with being a large man. People think that someone so big should have a large voice. Imagine hearing a light squeak from him.

Ok. I recognize Merry Andrew, Skate Kate (should that be Sk8te Kate?), April Foolmaker, and Dot (who your not going tovuse). Who is the energy guy and the guy with the big green T on his chest?

If memory serves me  right since I had a copy of CLASSIC ORGANIZATIONS the muscular dude with the "T" is called TAG on the basis that when you touch a victim and say "Tag! You're It!" He comes over and pounds the dude to jello. literally.

I remember Tag... roughly. Since my old gm never used CLOWN as a combat team, Tag got reduced to a sideline character. Same with Spotlight.

Here's Mine:

TOYBOX: Young woman who uses toys and novelties to commit crimes or battle crime[depends on which side you put her on]

King SLINKY: Body's a human slinky, uses any part of his body to ko anyone who gets in his way .Uses Stoodgitsu to comedic effect with his limbs.

SWEETOOTH: Uses explosive candy to commit crimes or KO criminals [Again a switchable Character].

Lady ROUNDUP: Uses Rodeo tricks and cowboy gear to trip up criminals[Out and Out Hero not suited to the shinanigans of CLOWN]

Things to remember.

CLOWN: Criminal pranksters with hearts of gold. They want to use there crimes to shame the guilty and promote a new way of helping others around the world, regardless of if the law considers it legal or not. Combat takes a backseat to using logic to undo there pranks.

IMP: Criminal super assassins who do what they do for fun and profit. They don't care who they hurt, as long as they are laughing all the way. Combat commonly done as heroes have to dodge acid seltzer water and razor sharp confetti.

Theory is that CLOWN will be the light-hearted comic relief while IMP is the psycho-killers that don't care if you find them funny or not
