However, I want to make a sentient vehicle and it does have the right feel using vehicles rules. Is there any reason or rule that a sentient vehicle could be created using character creation rules? If the GM prefers not to use those rules, just build the Vehicle an AI Computer and define the computer's special effect as "this vehicle is sentient."
