I know the when the condition for a trigger is met you can't not have the power activate but how discriminatory can a trigger be?
Can you have a condition like "when an enemy gets within 6 meters" or "when a non-ally touches me"? Do those work or do you need a separate advantage/limitation to add such a discrimination like how Area of Effect has selective?
