JmOz
Recently on facebook I was asked to name a black superhero without the word "Black" in there name...I rattled off a dozen Telling this to someone they brought up the idea of "Name 12 WITH black in their name"...I got to 3.5...I actually was able to name more white superheroes with "Black" in their name The ones I got Black Panther (du'h) Black Lightning/Black Vulcan (sorry count them the same) Black Goliath... death tribble
One that could be either her or villain is The Black Racer Black Eagle from the Wildcards Universe From Impact comics comes Black Hood Black Badge and Black Rapier come from Astro City
JmOz
The point was that it is not as common as we think it is. Of those you listed most people would never of heard of...In all fairness I have heard of all of them, but having never read Wildcards or Astro City I can say I am only really familiar with two, and one was originally white. death tribble
I have the Wild Cards books from 1-12 so they are very familiar to me, Then I got Astro City comics do I am very familiar with that. And the Impact comics did these big artbooks like DC did and I bought them as a result. I cannot think of anyone like a Captain Black or something black.. slikmar
White Tiger - who is actually hispanic, iirc. Also, I think Black Hood wouldn't count, as I don't believe the person under it was black.
Starlord
I feel sorry for orange. It is completely underrepresented in superhero circles. It even loses to purple. Such a shame.

Matt the Bruins
I guess it pays to be a magical imp from the 5th Dimension. Now I'm wanting to see a superhero with moonshine-themed powers named White Lightning.
