PSLs and CSLs on Vehicles with Multiple Weapons

If a vehicle has PSLs (say a targeting computer that provides +4 vs. Range Mods), and that vehicle also has multiple of that same weapon, does each one get the +4 or is that split among the weapons (so each one takes +1, or if only two are firing they each get +2)?

 

Similarly, what would be the case with CSLs?
