assault Posted March 3, 2018 Report Share Posted March 3, 2018 I can't come up with a name for a character with extensible hair powers - kind of like Medusa from the Inhumans. Or Spider Girl from the Legion of Superheroes, Godiva from the Global Guardians, or probably any number of lame characters. All I know for sure about my character is that she is female. She might be a hero or a villain. Her power set is probably based on the "Living Hair" example power in the 5e Champions genre book (p14) and 6e equivalent (p32). Compared to the other characters I have, she's not particularly awesome, although she actually has superpowers, unlike a bunch of them. For a bit of feel for my setting, here are some other female characters that exist: Star Girl (aka Mary Sue) Mind Mistress (female mastermind) Scarlet Spectre ("A spectre is haunting Europe — the spectre of communism.") Lash (has a thing for whips) Polar Girl (she's bipolar) Plastic Lass (her spine can bend like she is in bad comic art. She also stretches.) Iron Maiden (an iron maiden is a torture instrument. I suppose the comment I added to Scarlet Spectre might suggest this. I only intended to indicate the inspiration of the name. Rendering it into German blows the alliteration. Rapunzel? Hmm. Some of the others have potential too. I've gone a bit mad with colours in my other names. As well as the two women I listed in my original post (and Black Opal, who I can't believe I missed), the men include White Knight, Blue Dynamo and the Crimson Cockroach.
