RDU Neil
So, I've got the original Strike Force, but I was wondering what was new in the 6th ED version, besides updated character builds? Anything particular content added from the original? What is the art like? Thanks!
Lord Liaden
While a lot was reprinted from the original SF, a great deal has been added, primarily in the extended description of Aaron's campaign timeline -- where it took off to after the date of the original SF -- and in describing the world, the universe, and the multiverse his games took place in. His campaign was truly vast, diverse, and fascinating. A few new characters from the setting are added, or given full character sheets and backgrounds where they had only brief synopses before. Artwork is IMO good to great, much of it by original SF artist Denis Loubet. It's all full-color on glossy paper. I used to use the old Strike Force supplement as an "alternate Earth" characters from my world would interact with, from time to time. Sounds like the added material would be really helpful if I was to revisit that. Thanks!
