Dispel vs. Multiple Instances of Same Power

BoloOfEarth

Question

If a character has multiple instances of a power going, and a foe hits that character with a Dispel vs. that power, does it only affect one of those powers at a time, or all of them at once?  And if all at once, does it work vs. each individual power's Active Points, or against the sum of their Active Points?

Example 1:  Teke used a Telekinetic Hand [45 AP] to grab Honey Badger in Phase 3, and then uses the same power to grab Shadow Boxer in phase 5.  (Since it's half END, Teke figures he can keep several instances going for a while.)  Maker creates a Disruptor Ray (Dispel Telekinesis) and hits Teke with it, rolling 53 points of effect.  Does she have to pick one of her friends to free, or does it free both of them?  Or since there's two instances of Telekinesis running, is it considered 90 AP and Maker's attempt fails?

Example 2: Nexus has a magic hoodie that provides Resistant Protection (10 rPD / 10 rED, OIF) [30 AP], and her pal Malarkey uses a Stoneskin spell (Resistant Protection 6 rPD / 6 rED, Usable by Other) [18 AP] on her, bringing her total Resistant defenses to 16 rPD / 16 rED [48 total AP].  The villain Agrippa hits Nexus with a Dispel Magic (any one magical effect) and rolls 39 points of effect.  What would happen?
