Old Man Posted May 17, 2018 Report Share Posted May 17, 2018 The DOD's contingency plan for zombie apocalypse is a fascinating read and could be a useful background document for PA campaigns. Individual healthy humans must not be allowed to "go back for" family, friends, or other personnel who cannot get away from zombies quickly enough. All IHHs who fall behind must be left behind.
