You answered earlier that 1/2 DCV cannot be affected by PSL's. What about Zero G?

The standard Skill Roll and OCV penalty for all activity in zero gravity (a.k.a. free fall) is -3; the standard DCV penalty is ½ DCV. Characters can overcome this penalty in two ways. First, they can buy the PS: Zero-G Operations Skill. This method is the most “realistic,” and is best suited for characters used to normal gravity but trained for zero-G work. Second, they can buy the Zero-G Training form of Environmental Movement (6E1 113).

 

Zero-G Training (no penalties in zero gravity): 6 Character Points

That's me, as the GM, providing an example of a time where I feel it's necessary to make an exception to a general rule to get something to work well for a specific genre. But even then, you'll note that I suggest PS: Zero-G Ops first.
