Pariah
Exactly what it says on the tin. Naturally, I've already thought of the really obvious ones: Thriller, Dead Man's Party, The Monster Mash. What else have you got?

Cancer
John Fogerty's Eye of the Zombie Creedence Clearwater Revival's Run Through the Jungle Arthur Brown's Fire Edgar Winter Group's Frankenstein A bunch of stuff from Allan Parsons Project album Tales of Mystery and Imagination Mike Oldfield's Five Miles Out and the original Tubular Bells (which was the theme to The Exorcist iirc) It requires nonstandard interpretations, but both Fleetwood Mac's Gold Dust Woman and Aerosmith's Back in the Saddle Again take on interesting tones if you interpret each one's primary character as a vampire or other undead The big famous piece In the Court of the Crimson King is also worthy of consideration here Moon Over Bourbon Street Styx's Queen of Spades Pink Floyd's One of These Days though many people have trouble understanding the lyric

Pariah
Ooh, forgot about "Ghost Riders In the Sky" by Johnny Cash. "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" could work, too.

death tribble
I looked up Halloween songs on Youtube and checked for choices there. That's where I got Scary Monsters. But they also suggested Hungry Like the Wolf by Duran Duran. I should have put Bela Lugosi's Dead down as that was on the list as well. You could have Ride of the Valkyries I suppose but is that more of a war film theme now ?
Bazza
Flash & The Pan: Down Among The Dead Men. The artist is the duo of Harry Vanda & George Young, of Easybeats fame. They produced the early albums of Young's younger brothers band called AC/DC.

Lord Liaden
If you'd like a little fun in the mix, there's a very recent addition to the theme, "The Slashstreet Boys" (actually The Merkins) satirizing the Backstreet Boys. Not only clever, but actually a fine piece of music.

unclevlad
Bonnie Tyler, Total Eclipse of the Heart. Written as a vampire love song, altho if you're seriously into World of Darkness...it's even better if you read the singer as a blood-bound ghoul. Meat Loaf, Bat Out of Hell. Mussorgsky, Night on Bald Mountain.
