Flying grab

This has probably been answered somewhere but I figure I'd ask anyways.

 

is the following statement true:

If a person has flying grab(martial maneuver), the grab can occur anywhere in the path of the full move.  Thus a person can grab someone and then complete a full move.

Technically that is true, per the rules on HSMA 96-97 which define the FMove Element. However, as those rules also note, the GM should tread carefully when adjudicating the effects of a FMove-based Maneuver. Typically most FMove attacks should take place at or near the end of a character’s move, not at the beginning.
