TranquiloUno
I might just be missing something in the rules here... Darkness is a Constant power and it says you can create and maintain as many of them as you like and can pay End for. If I take "Only Costs End to Activate" can I then create as many bubbles of darkness as I can pay End for and have them remain active until the next time the character sleeps\gets knocked out? That's seems right by my reading. And is pretty cool. But also a bit gross in some contexts.
Duke Bushido
Depends on your GM. Some may require you to make an EGO roll to maintain a large number of Constant Powers while you're distracted. TranquiloUno
Toxxus
For barrier and other powers that are abusable when instantiated numerous times I limit the number of active instances to INT/5. I would certainly add this one to the list. TranquiloUno

Also "Only Costs End to Activate" specifies it's intended for use with Body-Effecting Powers and should be closely monitored for all other uses. Which I did not know when slappin' it on there in Hero Designer.
Chris Goodwin
If your magic system has all spells Require A Skill Roll, some GMs base the Active Point penalty on the total number of Active Points worth of maintained spells, not just the current one. It does in fact use RSR! That's another solid idea! Thx! Chris Goodwin
