Tech
If a steel robot was coated in diamond, what DEF of PD and ED would you give it? Of course, diamond is not hardened otherwise they couldn't be cut by jewelers.
steriaca
About 30 each.
PamelaIsley
In News of the World, the character Diamond has 45 PD and ED, and 30 of each is resistant protection. His skin is described as being made of a shiny silicon that is as indestructible as diamond. Acroyear II
Gnome BODY (important!)
If we're being realistic? A normal human can break diamonds with a normal hammer. Diamond is a fantastic conductor of thermal energy. Diamond won't make good armor against most things. If we're wearing spandex? Diamond is just a SFX, put in whatever values you see fit. Focus on making the mechanics work. massey, Duke Bushido and Netzilla 2

As GB pointed out, any DEF you want the character to have. It's as justifiable as coating something in diamond and still letting it have a DEX value. megaplayboy
graphene would be a better coating, imo.
