Bazza
As Old Man is already on Day Five, I need to catch up. So here we go. The Morrígan. An Irish goddess of war and battle. Her aspect of death comes about as it is said that if she washes/polishes the armour/shield of a person, they will die that day. She also determines who gets honoured by being taken from the battle on their shield and who doesn't. So a lot of similarities to the Norse Valkyries. But who is she consummate with? Likely Irish Catholic*, Steve Rogers, Captain America. Their offspring is Stephanie Eriugena Rogers, a neopagan-Catholic. CES Very well: On the third day, Athena, Greek Goddess of crafts, weaving, and war, was merged with MODOK, the Mobile Organism Designed Only for Computing. Together they built Mechinex, the unstoppable Machine God On the fourth day, Sekhmet, Egyptian goddess of destruction, war, deserts, and blood, joined with Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of New York, and from their union issued Devaora, Goddess of Consumption, Contagion, Fire, and Desolation You may want to adjust the page 1 draft definition, which specifies "mortals" and not "humans". Old Man
On the sixth day, Eden was reduced to a howling waste. Her lush trees and rich lands were plundered for their value, her noble creatures enslaved to drive the despoiling or else set to kill one another. Then Autoregis, ever rapacious, called upon his siblings. "Eden is a prison," he told them. "But now the Seals are broken. It is time for us to claim our true birthright--all of Creation." And so they summoned to them the Mounts of the New Apocalypse: to Bellastrid, a bladed horse, named Reprisal; to Autoregis, a horse of gold, named Profit; to Mechinex, a horse of iron, named Relentless; to Devaora, a horse of fire, named Convenience; and to Wyrdys, a mirrored horse, named Distortion. Mounting their steeds, the Five Horsemen rode out of ruined Eden to bring their gifts to all of Creation.
Old Man
Page 2, really? Anyway, closing this out: On the seventh day, The Horsemen had succeeded beyond their hopes. In the name of Autoregis, they came to worship material wealth before even their own children, let alone the old gods. In the name of Bellastrid, they came to view each other as less than animals, and they slew each other with wild abandon. In the name of Mechinex, they built machines which they then served, toiling to bring about their own destruction. In the name of Devaora, they pillaged the world, razing her verdant forests and stripping her abundant seas of all life. And in the name of Wyrdys, they lied to one another until none could distinguish the truth. Now the Horsemen sought to engineer the final destruction of the world. Together, they summoned the monster that was prophesied to bring it about: Jormungandr, the World Serpent, who rose from the seas to end Creation with its venomous maw
Old Man
On the eighth day, The Horsemen, on the precipice of victory, were shocked to find themselves opposed. Standing alone against them was the daughter of Themis, blind Greek goddess of justice and law, and Matt Murdock, blind bringer of law, justice, and morality: Integria, the goddess of Honor, Justice, and Universal Truth Blind like her parents, Integria stood fast, ready to withstand the onslaught of the Horsemen of the New Apocalypse. Cancer
(There is a remarkable lack of wasp deities in existing real-world pantheons. A number of bee gods/goddesses, but no wasps that I can find.) Playing a little loose with what qualities as "god", we draft Ungoliant, "evil spirit in spider shape", who assisted Morgoth in poisoning the Two Trees. Mortal paramour: Peter Parker. (She consumes him, of course.) Offspring: In a spasm of monumentally confused phylogeny, invoking yet another phylum, the resulting brat is Dr. Octavius.
