Ok. If we are back to Standard Superhero (I hate to see eepjr24 go through the extreme pruning I had to do, since Phase was built as a Standard Superhero), i would increase the Multipower to allow him to fly and attack at the same time (60 AP attack and 20 AP flight would need an 80 point Multipower) and prehaps a return of Striking Apperance (he gets one for free with Shape Shift, othoe it would depend on the form taken...we can assume that the Lady Heart form, the pinical of the personification of human love, has one level of "beautiful" instead of "hideous").

 

Considering some things, he might still be able to afford a contact with the Sailor Scouts. It is a relief that he is not alone, even if he is not exactly like them.

To me, low-powered is a 300 point base plus 60 more points from complications while standard is a 400 point base plus 75 more points from complications.  I think low-powered is best for teen characters.

 

If it's not exact, that's still okay.  It just needs to be close.

Background: Teraka was once a beautiful pocket dimension, a sterotypical midevil fantasy dimension where man lives side by side with elves, trolls, dwarfs, dragons, orks, griffins, etc. And all sides lived in piece. This is where five Godstones landed once the Cosmic Egg hatched and birthed all cosmic entities in the multiverse. These five gems were alinged with good alinged emotions and statuses and found there way to five different women of the dimension. They became Lady Health, Lady Tranquility, Lady Bravery, Lady Joy, and finally Lady Heart.

 

Such a utopia could not last. From another dimension she came, searching for dark emotions to feed upon. Slowly she started to introduce such concepts as Hate, War, Disease, Fear, Sadness, among other dark emotions and statuses. But the ladies worked together to midigate the damage done. This woman finally decided to kill off the ladies. One by one, each lady fell, there Godstones taken and corrupted, then brought back to life under her control. Only Lady Heart was left.

 

Before the woman now calling herself Queen Nightmara strook, Lady Heart gave her Godstone to her friend, a dimensional traveling lung dragon named Ryu no Yuri (Dragon of Lilies), and to find a suitable user out there in the multiverse. Then she waited for the Queen to come and murder her.

 

Robert Trueheart was a young teenage otaku on Earth. Only 16, he and his girlfriend Sharon were at the San Angelo Comic Con, enjoying the anime, manga, and Japanese popular culture events there (among other events). Seperated from his girlfriend for a short while, a albino aisain woman wearing a white kimono snaped something around his left wrist and promptly disappeared. Later that day, a being looking like an invisable man wearing a visable cloak and carring a visable staff floated around the sails floor. Grabing a few items at random, he changen them into monsters and ordered them to find the Godgem of Love. Chaos erupted. Robert herd a voice in his soul. Say the words. Save the people. Destroy the monsters if they can't be persuaded to live in piece with everyone. Soon Robert said "Change of Heart!" and was transformed into Lady Heart. She drove Monsterin back to Teraka and turned the monsters back into objects (unfortunately for all, broken objects, since he has no monster healing abilities).

 

This was the first incident. Later that month she interupted a strange incident at a jewelry store not directly attached to Queen Nightmara.

 

And Queen Nightmara still sends her agents to aquire the Godgem of Love...

 

Identifying Quote: Can you hear your heart, questioning your actions? I, Lady Heart, will answer your heart with Justice and Love.

 

Personally/Modivation: Rob is still a young man, trying to find his place in the universe. He suffered years of teasing and bullying, and has gotten perty much a dislike for it. He will not stand for people being teased or bullied in his presence.

 

He is a japophile, having discovered manga while hiding out from a really violent bullie in a comic book shop.  This sparked his love of Japanese Pop culture. He met his girlfriend Doreen Mariko at dance class, and was imededtly smitten with the brown haired, brown eyed aisan girl (so much so that he developed "Tofu syndrome" for a few months whenever she was around). It was she and her mother who helped bring him out of his shell (seems Sharon liked the rather awkward blond haired blue eyes white boy also). He will support Sharon in whatever she does for there love is one of unshefishness rare for people so young.

 

Note: While he does have a Code vs Killing like the others, out of necessary of his job, he has to draw the line at non-sentient things. Like Nightmarians (the seamenly alive but not monsters unleashed by the Court of Hate), and monsters created by the unknown agents of mystical evil. In a superhero world it is hard for outsiders to realise if something is a seemingly alive tool or a living being. Anyways, he does not judge if another hero decides villain x must go.

 

Powers/Tactics: Robert Trueheart is the current user of the Godstone of Love. This magical stone (which is normally invisible to everyone except magic users) usually is only usable by females. Nobody knows why this is the case, even if there are tons of theories by mystics in the know. In emergencies men can use it, but in order to do so the Godgem changes the gender of the user. The Godgems prefer the young over the old as host. Again, many theories from mystics why this is the case.

 

So, while in his possession as an ' invisible ' charm bracelet around hos left wrist, he can transform into a "magical girl" form. This form is quicker, more sturdy, and more agile than a normal man. This form is also has more of a presence than normal, especially when trying to convince people to do peaceful and loving actions.

 

Of course, words of love can only go so far. If he has to enforce these words with actions, he can tap into the love energy which the Godstone of Love repersents in order to attack to protect. By tracing hearts in the air with her right hand, then doing things to the heart which forms into the air, he is able to various attacks. He can blind attackers, bind them with ribbons or even harm them with a physical heart out of thin air. He can even heal the injured with this magic. Defensively she can create heart shaped shields which can move into the way of attacks (and need not go through all the stuff he does with attacks). Finally, the universe is 'in love' with Lady Heart. The elements of the universe are conspiring for her more than they are against her. Because of this, damaging effects seem to do less damage to him than normal. This doesn't exactly work against dark emotion attacks (like fear, hatred, sadness, etc), but against everything else, well...

 

Oh, and he can also fly.

 

Stragity wise, he tends to fly down, using his heart shields as needed, also trying to persuade the opponent to give up. Then once groundbound, and if the persuasion fails, he use less than lethal attacks. If he has to and has no other choice will he use Heart Attack.

 

As for his motivation, it is to promote love and piece, and to protect people from thoes who wish to harm the piece with acts of harm.

 

Appearance: Robert "Rob" Trueheart is a rather handsome in a geeky way 16 year old boy. He is slim and tall, not overly muscle bound. Casually he wears anime and/or manga theamed t-shirts and blue jeans. For school or when he has to be Teen Advisor for the Mickey Mouse Club he wears 'dress casual' clothing. He has blue eyes and short blonde hair and is clean shaven.

 

As Lady Heart, he transforms into a rather cute anime looking girl with big blue eyes (which are a staple of the art style), strawberry blonde hair that falls to the small of her back and rolled into really tight near the ends sausage curls. He is rather 'well built', but not enough to look ridiculous or ugly (and defently not Elken levels of huge breasts). On this frame is a frilly lacy dress of pink and white, with valentine style hearts all about. White gloves and boots finish the look, along with a golden tiera with a red heart in the center, and dangling valentine heart earrings.

 

All her effects are transparent pink hearts.

There are several 2-leaf bascule bridges crossing the Del Oro River between South San Angelo and San Angelo International Airport.  Since they're on less-important roads, they aren't on the area map. 

 

Two or three that are less than a mile apart can be operated from the same remote location with video cameras to monitor river and road traffic.

Roe Island Lighthouse, on Roe Island on the east end of Suisun Bay, is the closest lighthouse to San Angelo.

The Lakeview Airport, a single-runway airport with 120 aircraft tie-downs, mostly serves private plane owners in nearby neighborhoods.  Lakeview Aviation, Inc. is the only fixed base operation.  The runway, 16/34, is 6,000’ long by 150’ wide.  The single helipad is 60’ on each side.

 

 Lakeview Road runs past the airport.  On one side is a ShortStop, a Black Diamond Inn, a Harris Rent-A-Car, and a Texxon Oil gas station.  On the other side is the airport itself.

 

 A chain-link fence and buildings separate the parking lot from the runway and ramp area.  A card-controlled door permits people to park near a series of tee hangars and Lakeview Aviation, Inc. has an entrance from the parking lot.

I like the notion of paddlewheelers near The Wharves from the original book, but we'll extend it to cruises of both rivers run by Golden City Cruises.

 

The Golden City Queen is a sternwheeler and carries the fleet's main kitchen.  The Good Ship Lollypop is a sidewheeler.  The Golden City Party Liner is a barge pushed by a tug, the Party Liner II.

University Medical Center has merged with Children’s Hospital of San Angelo, Delta Community Hospital, Castle Heights Community Hospital, Marshall Community Hospital, and Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital.

 

CALSTAR (California Shock Trauma Air Rescue) and Stanford Life Flight are the two area medevac services.  CALSTAR 10 is based at Lakeview Airport.

Amazonia, the Amazon nation that covers the Peloponnese, a peninsula and geographic region in southern Greece, has a population that is 75% female.  (The men are not discriminated against.)  Most women are, at least, Olympic-level athletes and some are powerful supers.

 

They have strong ties to Greece.  Some people follow the major religions while others follow the Hellenic religion and way of life, revolving around the Greek Gods, primarily focused on the Twelve Olympians, and embracing ancient Hellenic values and virtues.  A constitutional monarchy, they have a parliament, a queen, currently, Caroline I, and royal family.  As you might guess, they’re a big voice for women’s rights in the UN.

One of the more blatant reality shifts, a city near the Atlantic fell into the sea and it’s people became water breathers. Which City?

 

In this campaign, it was New York City, while the United Nations wasn’t in session.  Fortunately, the Statue of Liberty and Liberty Island still stand.

 

So, where does the United Nations now meet and what happens to the financial markets?

Okay.  No Broadway, no time ball being dropped in Times Square, all New York-based TV shows forced to move to Los Angeles, all those skyscrapers now under water.  Maybe a family that's famous for being famous were in NYC at that time, trying to pitch a reality show.  Maybe I should've sunk Atlantic City instead.

 

This next idea isn't from Hermit's "scratchverse".  The United States is a constitutional monarchy under the Westminster System, with both houses of Congress elected.  Jacqueline II is the current monarch.  William Jefferson "Bill" Clinton is the current Prime Minister.
