Duke Bushido
You'll have to add me to the witch fire, then. I thoroughly enjoyed it. (sorry.) (You're referring to Green Lantern, right? I heard nothing but good things about Speed Racer, but I didn't see it myself as, like you, I found the cartoon to be more annoyance than entertainment)
Matt the Bruins
Justice League was my immediate thought, but since someone else has mentioned it I thought I'd dig a little deeper. Hot Pursuit. 7% RT score. I genuinely liked the antics of Reese Witherspoon's and Sofia Vergara's characters. I particularly enjoyed the running joke of news reports about them in which Vergara's character kept getting older and Witherspoon's kept getting shorter. Plus, Rob Kazinsky got naked. But, he does sing Sheena Easton in Eurotrip, so second best? Then Bullet Tooth Tony.
death tribble
I thought The Man with the Iron Fists or The Man with the Iron Fists 2 but the latter does not have a critical rating at all and an audience rating below 50 while the former has a critical rating above 50 and an audience rating below 50. Ho hum, this is more difficult than at first glance.
BoloOfEarth
Night at the Museum (2006). Tomatometer 42%. Not normally a Ben Stiller fan, but I enjoyed this movie. Hermit, Pariah, mattingly and 1 other

Trencher
I did not like the Boys comic and the TV show is probably garbage too.
Logan D. Hurricanes
I'll second a few that popped up here, like National Treasure and Watchmen. (Yeah, I was the guy that liked it.) And I'll add Hot Rod (39%) to my list. Sooo stupid, I laughed.
ScottishFox
I feel compelled to cheat since my entry missed the mark by only 4 months and 4 days (Aug 27th, 1999) - 13th Warrior. It clocks in at 33% by way of critic reviews and I loved that movie. With exceptions for Avengers, LOTR series and Commando I don't think I've watched any movie as many times. slikmar, PhilFleischmann and Starlord
Starlord
I've seen 13th Warrior beginning to end at least 8 times. slikmar and ScottishFox
Trencher
Critic reviews dont count its unpopular opinions. Its what opinion the main population have that makes it popular or unpopular. Do anyone really care about critics anyway?
death tribble
I have seen 13th Warrior but I understand why it was a box office failure. It did not grip the audience as some films can. I am familiar with the Beowolf saga so can see where it was going.
Hermit
Rated 56% but close enough that I'm gonna mention it anyway The Greatest Showman is a funtastic feel good movie with a strong message on being who you are, celebrating your differences, and the importance of families be they blood or found. and apparently Hollywood critics hate that To be fair, this is probably not Unpopular unless you are a critic. Most folks I knew who went either liked or LOVED the darn thing. Pariah
Christopher R Taylor
The criteria given is pretty limiting but Equilibrium, National Treasure, and Watchmen were well done. A lot of the films people are listing break the rules, though: post-2000.

And an audience score of 60%, which is considered fresh. Lots of people like John Carter. It just had a bad ad campaign and they spent way too much money making it. It is like sometimes Disney sets out to make a movie which can't help but lose money.
Duke Bushido
I hope you sick bastiches are happy. You've made me go to Rotten Tomatoes. I'll probably forgive you, if I live long enough, but _still_.... Anyway, I just checked: Guardians. (The Russian one). _Loved_ it! Tomato-thingied at 30 % and released two years ago. There. Now I'm playing by the rules, too. Logan D. Hurricanes
