GhostDancer
Bullet Time: You appear to move in slow motion. Your foe does, too. Theme Song: When you are clearly perceived, your chosen theme song comes immediately to mind. Only versus those with EGO, and target must also already know this song. Ghost Strike (幽灵罢工, Yōulíng bàgōng), When your fist or foot hits someone hard enough to inflict Knockback and Stun them without Knockout, their astral form is seen flying back further, than retracting inside them. What Features would you add to this?
GhostDancer
Hong Kong Cinema Out of Sync Fight Dialog: Your hero's lips and mouth movements become distinctly out of sync with your running fight dialog as does that of your foes. - Ian Korman

Matt the Bruins
Now I'm imagining a superhero movie spoof where some pedestrian rests their umbrella and groceries on combatants in bullet time so they can get a phone out of their purse/pocket and take pictures of the fight. drunkonduty, Vanguard, Lawnmower Boy and 1 other 1
Scott Ruggels
Dramatic wind. A wind rises before the first segment of combat, and continues until the holder is stunned or knocked out. The wind will be just strung enough to draw out capes, tousle hair, and move leaves and/ or Cherry blossom petals through the scene. The wind has no effect at all on combat other than to be dramatic. Two users of this effect will harmonize to the same wind direction. Can be cancelled by any AOE darkness.
dsatow
Spotlight - Whenever the character make a soliloquy or dramatic speech, the area they are standing in gets just a little brighter than everyone else's. If no one is listening to the speech or they failed to even get the target's attention in a presence attack, the sound of crickets can be heard as well. steriaca
Constantly Changing Hairstyle/Fashion: each time the character is seen anew by anyone, she would style her hair differently or wear something else. This only happens if there is a 'logical time' for such a change. This is usually paired with Questionable Fashion Sense. Questionable Fashion Sense: the character constantly wears clothing which has no business being worn together. Like stripes and plaid. Hawaiian shirts. Loud colors which clash when worn together. Oversize clothes. Undersize clothing. Clothing for the wrong gender worn wrongly without a thought (so it can't be called Crossdressing cause it is not done right). drunkonduty
clnicholsusa
The hero carries a stereo cassette deck with him, when combat starts he uses his first phase to set it down and turn it up. FWIW, I've had NPC's do this and played the Carl Douglas tune for the players at the table so they would get the full effect. BoloOfEarth
Breaking the Benny Hill Barrier: When the speedster is doing something wacky at super-speed, the sound of Yakkety Sax can be heard. The Adam West Effect: When the hero punches someone, the words "POW!" "BAM!" "KA-BLAM!" appear.** ** Actually did this once. Foxbat had stolen a replica Batmobile, as well as costumes and other stuff from the 1960s Batman TV show, and the heroes figured out that he planned to kidnap Adam West and Burt Ward after arranging to have them appear at a mall opening. With part of his gadget pool, Foxbat created the Photonic Optical Waveform (POW) generator, to project holograms of "POW!" etc. during the expected fight with superheroes. He even had a "WHIFF!" projected if one of the heroes missed. pinecone, Tom Cowan, Christougher and 1 other 1

I never built as an official Distinctive Feature, but my Super Model character's schtick was to wear runway fashions while adventuring rather than a consistent costume, always including some kind of ridiculous themed headgear. Like a dress with a pattern reminiscent of the Empire State Building and a cap with a miniature gorilla figurine pinned to it. drunkonduty
starblaze
There was a 4th edition Champions character that had one power, Invisibility to all Senses. He concept was that she was a very boring person with no social skills. She had Distinctive Features: No Distinctive Features.

She was a 'super powered' Dark Champions villain, I believe. All she wants is to be noticed. She once shot a gun near the President of the United States, and nobody noticed until the Secret Service saw film of her doing it, then crying. theinfn8
Did something similar to this once: Always has a cigar handy to smoke. I suppose you could call it, "Love it When a Plan Comes Together" Amorkca

steriaca
If I remember correctly, he took a Rubik's Cube home with him, and it retains its colors. He paraded it like a Ringling Brothers sideshow attraction.

There was a Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode with a character like that. She ended up going insane and tried to kill all of the beautiful people. She ended up being recruited by the government as an assassin.
