Lee Posted January 27, 2020 Report Share Posted January 27, 2020 In Fantasy Hero 6e (not FH Complete, though), on page 148 under "Fantasy Hero Powers": Quote Archer’s Strength: The character has extra STR that only helps him draw powerful bows. +10 STR (10 Active Points); Only To Draw Bows (-1).
