Don't start me on puppet shows from the Orient. There was one on the BBC broadcast in the 1970s that I have had no success in identifying. There was a horse killed in a burning building and the heroine ended up in purgatory.

My only question is this: Is it as good as the puppet sequence in the Stargate SG-1 episode "200"?

The puppet thing was easy to get over for me, because I grew up as a big Jerry Anderson fan, starting with Thunderbirds when I was a small child. No, what got me into this was after the fifth episode, when they got the party together, I realized that this was a very dysfunctional D&D quest party, and if not for the smug manipulative pretty boy leading them, the party would fly apart in a furious emotional detonation. The clashing personalities made it for me.

Watching it now. This is wild. Don’t know if I’ll stick with it all the way, but enjoying it so far. Puppets thst do martial arts? Who’d a thunk it?

If you want women audience have men with abs take their shirt off. (Glittering and superpowers helps too)
If you want men to watch your movie have some action and a sexy woman in it. (Even if you have to hire a butt double)
 
 

More importantly, there should be lots of published material to convert to a superior, more mature, points based rules system.

I mean . . . do the DC movie people even read comics? This is supposed to be an alternate reality / Elseworlds thing set in its own continuity, but they have other fully fleshed out black characters on tap, too. Who could exist in the same continuity (such as it is) as their other properties. It's like they're putting zero effort in.

In my opinion, if they wanted Bobby Lashley to win the WWE World Title, they should've just had him defeat Drew at Wrestlemania.

So WWE spent all that time building Drew McIntyre....only to job him to The Miz.  It's like they hate making money or something.
