  2. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? Iron Sky. Not as steampunk/pulpy as I expected, but a fine movie none the less.
  3. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore Healthy stuff is this way ---> http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php/88171-Foods-For-Those-Who-Give-a-Dang-The-Nutrition-Thread This is the "don't care" thread, home of bacon cheeseburgers bigger then your head...

  10. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? Death Race (the new-ish one) Just put Death Race 2000 in the netflix queue to watch the original classic. Takes me back to a youth playing Car Wars.
  11. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? Prometheus. Was not that impressed. Schoolhouse rock: Grammer and Science rock (with The Boy) Fun, catchy, and educational.
  12. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? Lockout. It had it's share of rubber-movie physics and plot holes, but pretty much delivered on what it was supposed to be, so I'll forgive a lot. Could have used a few beers, but I'm taking a break from drinking. I should probably use this time to watch some good, classic movies...
  13. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? Just finished watching all the BBC's Top Gear on Netflix. Good stuff.
  14. Re: What Have You Watched Recently? The Man with the Iron Fists. I can't say it was good. It was very schlocky. And cheesy. And gore splattered. Parts of it came off like bad fan-fiction. The only reason I saw it was a friend of mine put the call out to go see a movie together as a group, and I had a gift card collecting dust. I think it would be greatly improved by a pair of beers. Which we had after the movie, when the lot of us tried out an english-style pub we had heard about. Mmmm... Shepherd's Pie.... (But the foodie threads are over there...)
  15. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore The big question is do you slather it with butter before eating?
  16. Re: And now, for your daily dose of cute... Should have used those colorful, blunt tipped scissors. cute costume.
  17. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore And an appointment with the local cardiologist.
  18. Re: Foods for those that just don't care anymore The only reason I don't disagree on all 5 picks is I don't have a whole lot of experience with truffle oil. Not that those things can't be done poorly, but they aren't so bad that they deserve this level of panning.
