  2. Re: The Value of Potential - Characteristic Maxima and CP so I can buy 20 STR for my mouse sized alien?
  3. Re: The Atlantis city-ship from Stargate:Atlantis -> vehicle or base? One big diffrence. Vehicles can be maneuvered using Piloting. Bases, not so much.
  4. Re: The Atlantis city-ship from Stargate:Atlantis -> vehicle or base? There was a period in the Doctor WHO books where there was a character who was a living TARDIS
  5. Re: The Atlantis city-ship from Stargate:Atlantis -> vehicle or base? or Vase
  6. Re: A 'Drug Predilection' an atlernative might be Power Defense, only vs negative drug effects

  9. Re: What are some things , in terms of storytelling/plot, that are "off limits" in yo I think I saw this episode of Criminal Minds
  10. Re: Using Unlimited Mana with HERO one possible modification, is allow the mage to take on certain limitations to reduce the Tally cost of a spell (like extra time, consumable foci, incantations throughout, ete) the flavour of these limitations would be specific to each spell
  11. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine AKA Dirk Justice
  12. Re: Genre-crossover nightmares Warhammer 40°K - wargame in environment cold enough to freeze methane
  13. Re: Help creating the D&D cleric's power Turn Undead Turn Undead: Multiform into an undead creature: Limitation - only lasts one turn
  14. Re: Equipment with a 1/2 d6 Stun Multiplier
  15. Re: Nanotechnology So lets approach a drinks company (Coke or Pepsi) with the possibility of a sport drink that doesn't taste like one
  16. Re: Help creating the D&D cleric's power Turn Undead I would take a middle ground. Have the cleric have the +Pre vs undead, but have any undead without PRE have a Vulnerability - takes BODY damage from Turn Undead
  17. Re: Mind control question Mind Control gives orders, not motivations
  18. Re: Overall Penalty Skill Levels - Discuss Original thought was Penalty Skill Levels that apply to ANY penalty. (which I think means no to your question)
  19. Re: Nanotechnology So can you use this to have a drinkable liquid that contains salt but doesn't taste salty (and releases the salt to the digestive system) - cause if you can, I've got an idea for a drink
  20. Re: Template List for Space Opera Noir: what to include? also Salvage anywhere from Asimov's Anniversary (sequal to 'Marooned off Vesta') to Event Horizon) Salvage can open up many noir possibilities
  21. Re: Nanotechnology the human brain acquires its intelligence by a process that required the cells to remain relatively static in comparison to each other for the long haul. Thus only becomes intelligent as a unit. For nanotechnology to do similar, it has to glom as a group while the group "learns" and if it is ever to come apart, it will have to remember its previous state (which item links to what item, and how strong the link was) to have a chance of regaining its intelligence
