Her Vulnerability could be psychosomatic, similar to how Bulldozer used to take 2x STUN from females in hand-to-hand combat.  "He thinks women are wimps, and whenever a woman strikes him in hand-to-hand combat, he is likely to go into shock."

Back when major news sites still had comment sections, any article about atheism almost always had at least one person asking "If you don't believe in God, what's stopping you from robbing, raping, and killing all the time?"
Just because you're apparently a potential serial killer only kept in check by your fear of divine punishment, that doesn't mean everyone else also lacks the ability to form an internal moral code, even though believing that might make you feel better about yourself.

See also, for example, the times recently that a Republican state legislature has passed laws to strip power from their state's Governor and give it to themselves in the period between a Democrat getting elected Governor and taking office.

So was Trump in 2016.  He won, but lost the Popular vote, so he insisted that millions of fraudulent votes had been cast for his opponent and he had actually won the Popular vote too.

This is likely to be our future now, thanks to Trump.  A prominent Republican loses and they immediately start shouting fraud, demanding an investigation, filing lawsuits, etc.

Oddly, there's no Whirlpool power in Champions Powers or Hero System Grimoire.  If anywhere, I would have expected it to be in Atlantean Age, with its high-power elemental magic.  Not there either.

Maybe a large area Telekinesis only to pull targets toward the center, like the Gravity Field version of the Selective Gravity power in the Density Alteration chapter of Champions Powers.

Selective Gravity: Telekinesis (40 STR); Affects Whole Object (-¼), Only To Pull Objects Directly To Him And/Or “Stick” Them To Him (-½), Limited Range (24m; -¼).
Gravity Field: Add Area Of Effect (16m Radius Selective; +1), and replace Limited Range (-¼) with No Range (-½).

Maybe make it Explosion, so the effect becomes stronger as you approach the center.  Add a Limitation that it ony affects targets in or under the water, not above, like shockwave Blasts that only affect targets on the ground.
Then add a Blast or RKA in a smaller Radius in the center to damage targets that get pulled to the center.

Armitage got a reaction from Tryskhell in Can superheroes be proactive?
Dragon Magazine #207 (July 1994) had an article entitled "Great Responsibilities", about superheroes taking an active role in their communities instead of waiting for things to happen.
Part of the article dealt with Pandora's Box, a nonprofit national hero team franchise that trains novice heroes on the condition that they volunteer in places like homeless shelters and hospitals during their training.  Pandora's Box teams are funded by businesses in the communities where the teams operate and any profits generated by the teams go into a fund to benefit the communities.  Only one large business can fund a team, but any number of smaller community businesses.
A lot of the article involves superheroes volunteering for real world groups and how it could be worked into a campaign.  Public appearances for the American Cancer Society.  Volunteering at a halfway house or teaching classes in prison.  Power-based construction and renovation with Habitat for Humanity.  Powered collection and transportation of supplies for the Red Cross or UNICEF.

Armitage got a reaction from Lord Liaden in how much body does a planet have?
Star Hero 5e, page 197, said that the Earth has 86 BODY.
"A rocky planet like Earth has a volume of about 1.37 x 10^20 hexes, if it’s considered a perfect sphere. Assuming it all counts as stone (19 BODY, 5 DEF), it has a total BODY of 86 (base of 19, +1 for each doubling of size)."

Star Hero 6e, page 230, only talked about the BODY of one 2m sphere, but assumed you had to hit the whole planet at once.
"A rocky planet like Earth has a volume of about 1.37 x 10^20 cubic meters, if it’s considered a perfect sphere. assuming it all counts as stone (19 BODY, 5 PD/10 ED), a character needs an attack capable of doing 29 BODY to every part of the planet at once."

Those 6e volume numbers are off, since a cubic hex is roughly 7 cubic meters.  5e and 6e shouldn't be the same.

Armitage got a reaction from Ockham's Spoon in Find Weakness/Lack Of Weakness in 6E
If the Find Weakness is dependent on a roll, Lack of Weakness could be built as Change Environment, like using it to make yourself hard to see.  The point cost doesn't come out to a flat amount per -1 though.

Change Environment (-1 to Find Weakness PER Rolls), Persistent (+1/4), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1/2) (3 Active Points); No Range (-1/2), Self Only (-1/2)
    Total cost: 1 point.

    -2 is 3 points.  -3 is 5 points.  -4 is 7 points.  -5 is 8 points.
