  2. Re: What's *your* superpower? I can enrage women at will. I think its uncontrolled Mind Control with one command "Attack me for no reason." Just 3d6 of it. I do the clock thing too. Always wake up 2 minutes before it goes off. Drives my wife nuts, which is when the first power kicks in.

Also, I think the 5th edition character Overdrive from VV&V had one of the highest COM and PRE stats I've seen in a while, 130 COM and 70 PRE when he sets his Multipower right, but he's a guy. Still, with those stats he could win.

Is she turning targets into air? Is it supposed to be an early Change Environment power? Re: One other thing to model \ In my recent attempt at converting the Zentraedi, I gave them 9 levels of Growth, 0 END, Persistant, and "only changable in the lab" (-1/4), much like a gadget VPP. They can go back to base (or ship) and switch their growth on or off in a chamber, but can't do it in combat.
  13. Re: Robotech HERO (spec. Invid Invasion) My own attempt at writing up an Invid Shock Trooper, in Hero 4th ed. Actual height, weight and lifting ability determined Growth, Density Increase and STR. Mental stats are based on the Invid pilot stats from the Palladium Robotech books.

Re: Converting RIFTS to HERO I was thinking that perhaps since damage/strength in Palladium in linear, where in Champions it's exponential, you could convert by having 1 MDC be 1 Armor, 2 MDC is 2 Armor, 4 MDC is Armor, etc... MDC/Armor (resistant ED and PD) 1/1 2/2 4/3 8/4 16/5 32/6 64/7 128/8 256/9 512/10 1024/11 That way when converting Rifts dragons and the like, with 400 MDC, they have 9 or 10 armor. It's Hacker X-3 from the Transformers 2007 movie toy line! He's a tiny robot who becomes a handheld video game system.   17. Re: Converting RIFTS to HERO I recently made some alterations to Constitution as I've researched the rules more. For instance I changed his Combat Skill Levels. The Palladium write up says he is +7 to strike. I had originally given him +7 OCV, but then I realized that the bonus to strike from Palladium included his PP bonus. Since PP becomes Dex, and his dex gives him a OCV of 8, which is 5 higher than the standard OCV of 8. So I gave him 2 levels, which takes his OCV to 7 higher than a standard human. Re: Bygone Champions - Early Editions Okay, looking at the Hero System Almanac info on converting talents from Justice Inc to 4th editon hero, I finished converting Doctor Arcane (with Hypnosis) and Malice (with her sensitivity and empathy).   22. Re: Converting RIFTS to HERO Does anyone have a suggestion on how to handle invisibility and "see the invisible" from Rifts? Invisibility is easy enough, buy a common power many races have is "see the invisible." Is that a sense of invisible things? Armor Piercing on the sight sense? Something else?
  23. Re: Looking for HERO stats for: "Bullseye" That's an easier approach I guess. Just say all the Apok's attacks are "holy" and demons take the VULN "double BODY from holy attacks". Maybe Apok's have a Change Environment to make their surrounding holy?
  24. Re: Looking for HERO stats for: "Bullseye" I fyou want an example of a power that is difficult to sum up in Champions rules, I'd look more to the Apok from Rifts Wormwood. Any weapon in his hands does double damage to demons. I'm still trying to figure that one out. Best I could come up with is a VPP with weird limitations only to add to the damage of an attack... but I mean a cannon fired by an Apok does double damage to Demons? How about a ship-mounted laser...
