are you looking for more books on world building? rule suggestions? software suggestions?
 
for world building/generation rules from a gaming standpoint... few things come close to Traveller, from the basic Classic Traveller... to the really complex World Builders Handbook for Megatraveller
theres a free program called Heaven and Earth wherre you can select the amount of complexity you want even

I like it, have you looked at Killer Shrikes high fantasy hero site? It has some excellent ideas and more inspirations for all kinds of fantasy campaigns
one thing he does different is 1st level spells start at 30 and go up 15 per level from there. Please keep us updated on what you do with it

That’s another possibility. I could convert them into points towards a Free Trader vessel Perk.

I received my Traveller HERO books yesterday and I'm over the moon! 😁

having the compilation CD havaiable has been a really good thing, but not everybody likes PDF, thankfully it didnt take much convincing to get Marc to put the PDF collection on CD

when it came to geting into Traveller I cheated I went to school about 3 blocks from the GDW office
 

It's a pay-it-forward sort of thing.  Shadowcat let me get a copy of each even when he believed they were the last ones.  I feel it is proper to help someone else get them if they have a problem I can help with.

I got some interesting news tonight, there are still some of the printed TH basic books in existance
I will not be dealing with them this time around though, William Andersen at Com-Star will handle these
 
 
 
 
 

There was a point in time when I was writing the thing that I got feedback that (1) we were including material that licensing would not allow and (2) Comstar would prefer 2 smaller books (hence book 1 and book 2) instead of 1 big book.  So that's why big chunks of stuff went bye-bye for what became books 1 and 2. I haven't seen the single version contents, but I assume it was one such version before the change, or a version after I gave Comstar all my InDesign files.
