Step 3: After 5 years, draft your next franchise QB, to replace the previous one who is either fled town or in the grave Step 4: see Step 2 Step 5 (alternate) Feign righteous indignation, when your fans scream that the offense stinks and the QB position has a high mortality rate, and tell them, you have been doing everything possible to give your QB a supporting cast for years. (Step 5.2, answer your fans by drafting a long snapper in the 3rd rd.)
