Is a Ranged Power which has had the Line of Sight advantage applied to it still subject to the power's Maximum Range limitation (5"xActive Points)? Melessqr

If I have: Force Field, Flight, Damage Shield without Extra Time I can activate all three of them at the same time because they're 0 phase actions. If I have the same three power with Extra Time (Extra Segment) -1/2 on them, can I activate all three of them at the same time, or am I now limited to activating them one at a time? Melesqr

If a character has several powers that have the Extra Time limitation, how many of them can he activate in any given phase? I assume the answer will be either One or All of them. Normaly Power Activation is a Zero-Phase action and multiple powers can be activated, does this still hold true if the power takes extra time to activate? I did find this in the FAQ: Q: Can a character activate more than one power requiring Extra Time at once? A: The text on 5E 186 indicates that while a character activates a power with Extra Time, he may take other actions (unless the power being activated is an attack of some sort). Therefore, typically a character could activate one Extra Time power while another one is in the process of activating. Which seems to say that you can only activate one power in a phase... which will effectively make any Power Activation which has the Extra TIme Limitation a (minimum) Half Phase action. Correct? You can take Zero-Phase actions at the beginning of a phase or after a half-phase action, but how many? Can a chacacter activate 15 powers at once? Melessqr
