    Champions complete says in page 122: "A character may have other powers outside of a Power Framework that add onto one of his Framework slots." But it does says anything about if the reverse case is possible. Have you eliminated that option? If so, could you explain why? Thanks.

    Re: [New Product] Champions Complete Hello, I want to make a question. In the Average Individuals chart on the page 207 the Skilled Normal has a STUN of 24 and the Competent Normal has a STUN of 22. Is this an error? Thanks.

    I don't understand how in Master Villains Doctor Destroyer can create the EMP Cannon and the Miniaturized Arsenal version beta example gadgets if they cost 108 and 150 Active Points and his Technological Arsenal VPP only has 100 Control cost. What am I missing?
