  1. Common Handguns

This prefab contains a number of common 20th-21st century handguns that I use in my own supers campaign but would be useful for any campaign where firearms are availble. It's a fairly large list but not exhaustive. I own or have fired many of these guns so their ratings are based on my own personal experince.

I've modified the STR minimums down as the 6e rules consider "normal" humans to have an ST between 5 -8. Most of these hand guns can easily be controlled by your average person.

If you have any suggestions for changes or additions, I will gladly include them.

  2. U.S. Army Infantry Equipment

A prefab with many common weapons employed by the U.S. Army, and much of the U.S. military in general. Not an exhaustive group, but a useful one.

The M-320 grenade launcher is the proposed replacement for the M203 and is beginning to enter service. It can be fired attached to a rifle or detached as a stand alone weapon, unlike the M203.

The Barret M98B is a proposed replacement for the M24, chambered in .338 Lapua instead of 7.62 x 51mm (.308 Winchester.) It has a useful 'anti-material' capability and has the armor piercing advantage to reflect that capability. Note: The Mk 21 Precision Sniper Rifle was the actual replacement for the M24. It has been substituted for the Barret.

Let me know if you have any additions or changes in mind and I will gladly add them.

  3. Pulsed Energy Projectile Weapons

This prefab contains the first "ray weapons" created in the fledgling super-hero world of "Improbable Comics." They reflect working weapons based real life concepts that have actually been tested. The circumstances of "Improbable Comics" have provided technology, materials and "ideas" that made "ray guns" a reality, albeit very rare and expensive.

If you have suggestions for changes or modifications, I am completely open to any input.

  4. Surefire

This is the second NPC character of the hero team "The Vanguard," from my super-hero world, "Improbable Comics."

Surefire is a former professional international crossbow competition champion who was injured in an industrial accident that endowed him with super acute senses and an enhanced physique. As result he had a special crossbow with special quarrels constructed and entered the world of the Super-Hero.

If you have any critiques or suggestions I am completely open to them, hoping to refine my character design skills. Feel free to use her in your campaign if you like. I recommend using the TashaUltimateCharaterSheet when printing out this character.

P.S. The Vanguard is based in Miami and is the world's second super-hero team, in a world where meta-humans have only been in existence for around 6 years. The team consists of the heroes (players) The Black Hand, Iron Knight, Speed Metal, Voltage, (NPCs) Surefire, Primeforce, Dr. Ego and, occasionally, (player) Corona. They are all based on 400 points, but have earned around 25 exp. The Vanguard is sponsored by enigmatic billionaire "Roark" (secretly a meta-human calling himself "The Night Shade," but not yet a public figure) and operate off of a 25 acre estate north of Miami on Biscayne Bay.

  5. Dr. Ego

Dr. Ego is a former Russian FSB spy who invented a drug that gives him powerful mental abilities while working as a mole at a U.S. pharmaceutical company. Betrayed by his FSB handler and wife, who was also a spy, Dr. Ego joined the hero team the "Vanguard" to try and bring down the mysterious international crime cartel "Illuminatus" who corrupted the only women he ever loved.

Note: Dr. Ego is a 6th edition update of a character my friend Craig created many years ago before he passed away. This is a small tribute to him.

  7. Primeforce

This is the first of the NPC characters of the hero team "The Vanguard," from my super-hero world, "Improbable Comics." The Vanguard is based in Miami and is the world's second super-hero team, in a world where meta-humans have only been in existence for around 6 years. Primeforce is an FBI Special Agent who gained her powers from a mysterious orb in an Everglades shack during a gunfight. She has the ability to control the fundamental forces of nature: the Strong Interaction, the Weak Interaction, Electromagnatism and Gravitation allowing her to manifest a great range of powers even and including the creation of matter.

If you have any critiques or suggestions I am completely open to them, hoping to refine my character design skills. Feel free to use her in your campaign if you like. I recommend using the TashaUltimateCharaterSheet when printing out this character.

  8. M9 Flamethrower

This is a fairly standard U.S. flamethrower from WW II through Vietnam. It was not included in the U.S. Infantry Equipment prefab because of the Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons section of the U.N. Convention on Certain Conventional Weapon ratified by the U.S. Senate in 2008. They are therefore no longer used by the U.S. military. Ironically, private citizens can own them in most states in the U.S.
