I admit I don't know a whole heck of a lot about MS, but I do know it makes it harder to get out and get moving. So that DOES make it a bit difficult to follow that suggestion. But at its core, the idea of getting up and getting out of your house as a treatment for depression is a good one.
 
My suggestion is to start with small steps. Make a goal, then outline all the little things that need to get done in order to reach that goal. Then take your time fulfilling all the little steps necessary. Don't pay much attention to the end goal; you'll get there eventually. And set very small, realistic goals. It's the old adage about learning to walk before you can run.
 
Um . . . I hope things look better for you tomorrow. Or today, even.

The last time the cat head-butted my mouse hand, I was doing some delicate work in photoshop. There I am, very carefully filling in pixels, staying in the lines, then whap! And I have a huge black line halfway across the page.
 
This cat is very good at sensing my moods. I didn't even have to look at him, and he hid under the futon for the next 15 minutes.
 
Fortunately, I remembered photoshop has an undo function.
 
As for lap cats . . . . mine are strange about that. The older one has an oral fixation, and so we give him a cotton shirt to suck on from time to time, and he's most comfortable on our laps when he's doing that. But the younger one is less sympathetic, and whenever we start up this ritual, then he wants to be on the lap. Otherwise, he mostly keeps to himself.

I liked Kung Fu Hustle but I slept through the middle part of Titanic whilst on a plane to the States.
But I take Vanguard's point and it applies equally to books, people and music as well.

A witch or wizard from the Harry Potter universe whose parents are muggles (non-magical, mundanes).
 
It basically plays off the idea of 'purebloodedness' and those who discriminate against those not in their elite little club that's based on nothing they have any control over.
 
In the case of Hermione, who is currently Ben's avatar, she was born to 2 muggle parents, but is arguably the best witch of her generation. Despite her hard work and study, though, people discriminate against her just because she wasn't born to parents who'd had magic in their family for hundreds and hundreds of years.

It is with the saddest heart that I must pass on the following news:
 
Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The grave site was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy, and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times he was still a crusty old man and was considered a roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly dad, Pop Tart. The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

It was a fast read told in a Delores Clairborne style. There is no solution presented so that might throw people off, but I liked it.
