 Truthfully if you created your PCs in your campaign then they're yours  just make sure that you copyrighted them or they'll be snatched by someone else.
There are other fanfiction sites that feature Champions Stories that may or may not be based on established Marvel Characters from the comics.

I found the combination of Champions Complete and the Powers supplement to be fantastico.
 

I would agree with the posts above.  Champions complete has everything you need however I find it a bit lacking in terms of the examples of powers that are in the 6e rule book margins.  The "Champions Powers" book gives a lot of great examples for powers.  So I agree completely with Kimmitt's post above.
 
That said, sometimes my self control is lacking and I end up buying more books.  Some other books that are quite good for examples are: the Villian Teams book and the 6e Grimoire. 
 
 
 

Looking various sources over, I think we can do away with Sailors Sun and Earth with Tuxedo Mask occasionally coming in.
 
Sailor Mercury's biography mentions a cram school.  We don't have them in the United States, but there are various after-school programs, including those at synagogues.  Since I want Sailor Mercury to have a male identity, he's Alan Anderson.  His only real friends are in the group, however, he does have a number of acquaintances, usually friends of his mother's, at the Tree of Life Synagogue.
 
Alan also likes to visit the Wells Planetarium, which is on the campus of San Angelo City College and hopes to attend Space Camp with his mother, Rachel, a medevac flight surgeon

Since I'd probably be starting the campaign with the team forming, It'll be a while when the incidents in those stories occurr.  Sailor Sun, if she shows up, and Sailor Earth will join up around the time Sailor Mars does.

Hear is a simple rundown for the Sailor Ranko Fanfiction I have read/am reading.
 
The series takes place after the Sailor Moon SuperS series, and appears that events of Sailor Moon Sailor Stars does not happen. On the Ranma end, it is after the event of Herb and the Musk Dynasty, but before Ranma reveals himself to his mother.
 
Sailor Ranko: Ranma and Akane are sent to Jubon destrict of Tokyo in order to improve his grades by being tutored by Ami. Also, Ranma must learn how to teach his art to others, and does so thanks to Myagi of Karate Kid game ("Fix wall"). Meanwhile, Jadite awakens and starts sending youma out to collect energy.
Jadeite almost wins till his youma kidnap Akane.
 
As for why Ranma is a Senshi, he may be a reincarnation or something.
 
Twice In A Lifetime: Ranma/Sailor Sun gets married to Akane Tendo, and as a wedding present

The one I created is the fourth version.  In doing so, I drew my inspiration mostly from the original series.  Of course, Spin and Marty was updated and Discovery Day replaced Circus Day.

I'm working on one for the Champions Begins project, the concept is really cheap for a hero build.  With the Hero Form Only, its cheap (transform into magic girl!), and I had a magic skill roll plus a wand, making the spells much easier to use with the wand (and more accurate) plus it acts as an endurance reserve in it.

And this is an image of members of a race known as The Thal. They are descended from Neanderthals who were abducted from Earth by another race that has since died out. They have colonized a few systems, and are expanding into the galaxy. Their race has been thrust into the spotlight because one of their kind was chosen to bear The Watchlight (a force that empowers individuals much like the power rings of the various Lantern Corps in DC):

I haven't drawn in about 2 years...man the time flies when you have grand and foster kids, lol...anyway, I uncovered a 20 year old pic of a character of mine, Kestrel.  I wanted to update the theme, colors, etc.  Let me know what you think. (I'm considering compiling my "world", sort of a personal themed kickstarter...) Kestrel was the first character that sparked my interest in the idea.  Here's the original pic, the updated, side by side.  All hand drawn, colored with Berol Prismacolor.
