Speaking of sources from The Internet Archive, you might find some use from this:

    https://archive.org/details/clutchcargocartooonscollection

It's episodes from the late 1950's cartoon homage to action pulps and serials known as Clutch Cargo.

And for some 'slightly pulpy sci fi', there is also this: https://archive.org/details/SpaceAngelCartoonsCollection

While it has some issues I'd still recommend The Phantom, with Billy Zane, Treat Williams, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Kristy Swanson.

Origin:  Aurora crash landed on a small farm when she was a baby, and has no idea of her true origin.  She was raised by a group of scientist and learned that the planet was called Nova Britannia, which orbited the star known as Epsilon Eridani on Earth.  The civilization had been established by Jupiter who transported people from Ancient Britain to the new world so he could be worships.  Jupiter was the only person with superhuman powers, and ruled for a thousand years and then just disappeared, and is now considered a myth.  When Aurora developed superhuman powers she was viewed with the fear she might take over the planet, but raised as a good and moral person the thought never occurred to her.  Aurora began to explore the near by star systems, and came upon a probe from Earth, and proposed to visit the home world.  The council of city states agreed, and sent along the politically ambitious Lord Maximus and his minion Brutus to Earth, where they immediately tried to take over upon arriving.  Aurora with the help of the super heroine Liberty defeated them, and she was put in Liberty's custody, who agreed to train  her as a superhero.  Her cover identity is Brit Tory, a consultant for NASA, where she makes $100,000 an hour undertaking space missions for the agency.  Aurora is six feet tall with a slender build, is classically beautiful with silky black hair, and green eyes.

Quote:  "My being irrational in no way absolves you as an American male to, what's the phrase, SQUISH IT!"

Trivia:  Never goes barefoot because of the fact she had the biggest feet on Nova Britannia.

Does not believe in magic, and tries to explain it away in scientific terms.

Because she spent so much time in space her body is very nearly perfect.

She always wears solid colors, usually black and white with a red accessory.

She usually wear flats around Liberty because she knows she sensitive about her height, but actually likes wearing stiletto heels.

    She loves trying new food.

She has a fear of spiders because there are none on Nova Britannia.

I have Espionage!  I loved that it had the structure of the CIA (Directorates of Operations, Intelligence, Science & Technology, and Administration).  I also have Danger International which expanded the whole agent/adventurer genre.  The 5th Edition did a great job of making the Hero System universal for both higher and lower level characters.

I like this, especially because while the point total(s) are a bit higher than I recall, this generally reminds me of some builds for such characters that floated around my particular gaming group back in the days of Espionage! ....Oh, such nostalgic memories.

Speaking of sources from The Internet Archive, you might find some use from this:

It's episodes from the late 1950's cartoon homage to action pulps and serials known as Clutch Cargo.

And for some 'slightly pulpy sci fi', there is also this: https://archive.org/details/SpaceAngelCartoonsCollection

You can't go wrong with the original serials, but colecting these is a hobby unto itself.

Take a look at the Internet Archive here:

    'Pulp' = https://archive.org/search.php?query=pulp%20AND%20collection%3Amoviesandfilms

    and here:

    'Serial' - https://archive.org/search.php?query=serial%20AND%20collection%3Amoviesandfilms

for some complete serials available for free viewing. (You'll likely have to hunt around for all the chapters, but they're there).

    My $.02US?

I might vote to make the Entangle a Multi rather than an Ultra within the Web Shooters Multipower, and perhaps add an End Battery to simulate the fluid, as we have seen occasions where he has run out of it during an adventure/combat.

Also, I personally am a big fan of the idea that Peter Parker could hold his own in conversations with Reed Richards and Tony Stark (based on some of what I have seen in the comics) so I might, even at his intro/high school level, give him Scientist and perhaps Scholar as well to signify his innate academic potential. And perhaps trade some of his PRE for a slightly higher INT.
