  1. Re: [FREd] Hero can turn into, and control, any material touched. The UNTIL Superpower Database 1 had a VVP named material mimicry.
  2. Re: Dr Hank Pym (Marvel) I'll give you some Rep for the writeup, Enforcer but somehow i can't. Still a kickass writeup you did.
  3. Re: What if superheroes only appeared in a limited region? The comic from Top Cow called Rising Stars had something similar to this.
  4. Re: Sentinel Learning Program The Sentinels in MU often went through upgrades so every time they fought a mutant and lost, the next one who was sent after the same mutant had been better prepared. There is nothing wrong with adding an energy attack with matches that the character might be vulnerable to like fire for ice generators or sonic blasts for known or suspected telekinetics. The 5E book Champion Universe had the writeup for the Minuteman robots you can use. Just think of them as monosylbllic Mechanon clones.
  5. Re: How do you build 'Swarm' (marvel villain) For a even nastier attack, you could use HKA/RKA; 1 hex AE with the Continous advantage in order to substitute bees for yellowjackets in his swarm form.
  6. Re: Laughing Gas mind control, based on con -1, AOE: one hex +1/2, NND def is LS: Self con. breathing, limited range-1/4.
  7. Re: the sounds of champions Bulldozer: Patrick Warburton Black Harlequin: Mark Hamil Green Dragon: Mako Ogre: Bill Fagerbakke Foxbat: Rob Paulsen* Talisman: Martina Sirtis Zig Zag:Tino Insana* Blowtorch: Jason Alexander *Peck the rooster and Pig the pig from Back to the Barnyard on Nick receptively.
  8. Re: the sounds of champions Mechanon: Michael Ironside Menton: Malcom Mcdowell Kinitek: Keith David Dr. Silverback: Michael Dorn or Roddy Macdowell. Takofanes: Tim Curry
  9. Re: the sounds of champions Nighthawk: Kevin Conroy. He did the voice of Batman: the animated series. Defender: Peter Hays from the 90's Iron Man show. Witchcraft: Grey DeLisie. Ironclad: Clancy Brown Dr. Destroyer: Tony Jay.
  10. Re: Teen Champions plots Who's to say they have to be actually in the academy 24/7? They can have adventures such as going to a mall. The questions the teachers will have to ask themselves is - Either let the kids do their thing and be heroes or let the bad guy commit crimes and escape just because the students were only following school policy by doing nothing? As a teacher i would err on the side of the kids and give them some slack. Maybe a faculty member might be sympathetic and covers up for the teen heroes.
  11. Re: Worldbuilding Musings - META government agency
  12. Re: Heroes from All Fifty States Rushmore rocks!
  13. Re: New Original Wonder Woman Plus also in the TV show, all of her foes were Nazi saboteurs in the Skilled Normal range so her stats are fairly accurate.
  14. Re: The Marvel Handbook online Too bad, i saw the site only once and it was impressive.
  15. Re: Super-accurate with ranged attacks Absolute Range Sense. Targeting Sense. Adding PER to sight sense Group.
  16. Re: WW2 metahuman emergence. Digtial Hero had an article of making superheros in a heroic setting (150 pts, can use money to purchase guns etc.) Of course it will have more of a NBC Heroes feel. Maybe US scientists was given a fragment of the Tungska meteor before 1939.
  17. Re: Utility Belts It also depends on what item you plan to bring on the adventure. Carrying nearly 15 objects regardless on how small is a bit much.
  18. Re: Control Machines maybe he can take control of a machine (or computer) by having his "ghost" (or mental essence) to have full possession of said machine like Marvel's the Machinesmith or Champion's Cybermind. The drawback would be that he suffers damage every time the machine he is possessing take hit. The thought of a depowered Iron Man chasing after his own armor is appealing.
  19. Re: Poison's Champions Art Thread Really great stuff you have created, Poison. Have some Rep on me.
  20. Re: Campaign/Character Hook A group/school run by Mister Sinister. Nuff said.
  21. Re: Peace - the Hippie Hero Stalwart from Viper Force 2 in the Viper book 4th ed, Then it could be Purple Haze from Champion presents2 from the villain group, Spectrum.
  22. Re: Town Portals Nice idea, The Forgotten Realms has portals aplenty though this one is feasible for even low magic campaigns. Repped.
  23. Re: New Original Wonder Woman Repped.
  24. Re: Peace - the Hippie Hero If Tommy Chong had superpowers....
  25. Re: The Marvel Handbook online the link to the site is somehow severed. anyway to go about finding the link again?
