Eberron-based campaign world:
 
Half-orc woman commenting on the "slinky" dress purchased by a party member for a party held by gnomes:
"You must be this tall to ride."
 
After being shown into the Royal Mage's sanctum, from his apprentice to another party member:
"There's no giggling in the wizard's tower."
 
In response to the flavor-text description of the decorations at an Embassy party:
"There's crepe everywhere!"
 
In the middle of a massive fight in a lightning rail (i.e. train) station, where the train is about to leave, our wizard-type steps up to the ticket booth and completely deadpan goes (as if the huge brawl behind him isn't even happening):
 
"I'd like 7 tickets to Karnath."
 
Later in the same fight, when the bat swarms show up and engulf the half-orc:
 
"I have bat lighting!"
 
From party member, after it was pointed out how they weren't supposed to tell anyone about the job they just finished for a secret society:
"Aw, but we already had the t-shirts made!"

Another AIM conversation, greatly trimed down and edited for excessive profanity, typos and long pauses that would otherwise ruin a perfectly funny dialogue. Oh, and it took a lot more effort to get too the punchline IRL, so I've trimed that fat too:

A d20 reference? For shame. You should be expressing it in Hero power terms. Something like Image, but I'm not sure how you would write it up since it it is created by words sent over the Internet.

From Saturday's Champions game.
 
The PCs are invited back to the Homestead after stopping the Horizon Casino from robbed and/or demolished. When Defender asks the PCs if they are willing to trust the Champions and work with them, Midnight (my PC) looks at him and says, "I'll show my face if you show yours."
 
He thinks for a moment, obviously weighing this one up, then he removes his face plate. At which point Midnight stares, and then bursts out in uproarious laughter as she removes her own mask and hat. Defender stares at her, his jaw hanging open in disbelief as he realizes that Midnight is, in fact, the multimillionaire playgirl gambler who owns the estate next to his.
 
Defender: "You're s***ing me."

Here's a pic...Actually, I think I've posted it before on the NGD some time back, but what the hey, I just figured I'd post something.
 
Those of you from back in the day may remember him. It's Cryotron, from Enemies III (ACK!!!), I believe.
 
The reflection is of a player's character named Firestone, who's about to give ol' Cryotron a fist full of fire. Further in the back, it looks like another player's character, Bison, being fired upon by IIRC, Rainbow, also from Enemies III...but I could be wrong on that one.
 
Also, if anyone wants to critique the piece, please feel free. All opinions, good and bad are appreciated.

Me: "A 5'x5' vertical shaft, descending into total pitch blackness and eerie silence."
Player1:"That shaft is one bad mother--"
Player2:"SHUT YO' MOUTH!"
Player1:"I'm just talkin' about the shaft."

Hi all. Im going to try to post a pic or two. Im a semi-professional artist; my roomate and I drew all the cardboard figures for the "Stand-Ins" line available at RPGnow.com. (We did alot of the coloring too, but the editors wife did some also).
 
Anyway, for a long time now weve used what we call "Heroforms"; blank figures that I drew a while back, just to give a good idea of the overall costume. Im going to try to post the costume for Revenant. Hes our current campaigns "dark brooding avenger of the night" type. Hope you all like him

Y'know... I get a lot of Spam e-mails trying to sell me all kinds of cheap medications over the internet. I always think, "Geez...Prozac, thorazine, somnambutol... even if this stuff wasn't a scam... who NEEDS all this chemical fixing?"
 
Then I read your posts, Libra... and it all becomes clear.

My superhero wears this T-Shirt lounging around the base.
 
Actually, the original was created by Rob Shannon - it's based on a cel he bought at Anime Expo some years back. It's from Gatchaman 94. And the original was "Join Galactor..." But I thought it would be cool to modify it some.
