When he’s in the ring he’s a ruthless fighting machine. He always gives his opponents the respect of never holding back and this has to lead to him putting a few in the hospital. Due to so many years of winning match after match, he’s become a bit overconfident and even now fights people with powers or has weapons on them. Eddie’s always looking for a challenge. He needs it he’s driven by it because when he’s not challenged, he becomes restless and does stupid things. Eddie fighter who in close combat is considered deadly and is extremely aggressive. Moving quickly to throw blows that can stun most people. When people hit him they find his body is as hard as stone also. Eddie move quick and will try to go for a knockout but when he can’t he does not mind softening up a target but he always has a need to finish the match in a way that gets the crowd cheering He’s a large man of Caucasian descent. He’s a bare knuckle boxer that has no scars on his face even though he boxes all the time with no gloves on. When people see him they always remark on how tall he is that he stands at 7 ft tall and is extremely muscled but unlike those on bodybuilders every ounce of Eddie’s body is lean and functional. Eddie always keeps his head shaved so that people he’s fighting can’t grab his hair but he lets his beard grow and jokes that his beard is made of stone so when people go to punch him in the jaw and he doesn’t flinch they get scared. People who have seen her face believe it's Alice's daughter using her mother’s technology in horrible ways but, Ruby is Alice. Her mind fractured entering the mirror universe. I wanted to know can you turn an advantage on or off if you paid for it ? Just like the say you can't take a dis-advantage that not really a dis-advantage. So if I have selective on a power can I choose not to use selective if I don't want too ?

I wanted to know is there a good area of effect defense ?

If you have teleport 1m and you put mega scale 1m = 10km can you teleport to any number between 1m to 10km ? so with that could I teleport lets day 9m with in that mega scale ? I'm not really good with math so I got a little confused when another player tried to explain it to me.

Ok so what is the point of a DCV thing for velocity if you could just get out of most peoples range before they can shoot at you ?

If mega scale is full phase does that not mean it takes them a full phase to get to the max range and if the phase is not done yet before someone attacks then could they not hit ?

So I have a PC and a NPC both going on the same phase. One PC wants to use Mega Scale Flight to move out of range of the NPC's bow. Now because he using Mega Scale I believe that His action to move at 48,000km is happening at the same time. SO as he is flying out he would still be with in range but his DCV would go up. I rolled she got three one's so I said she hit. He is not trying to tell me no everything does not happen at the same time. Can some one tell me if all the action during a single phase happen at the same time which explains why he would still be in range for a shot happening the same phase.

I'm building an archer and I wanted to build a power that would save people falling from a building by creating a cushion on the ground for them by the archer shooting the ground and the arrow explodes releasing a foam for a soft landing for a one who lands on it.

Ok so I uploaded a text file of the character sheet. So far when I ask him what he wants to play. He seems to want a character who is so intelligent he can warp reality. He uses tat to change who he is to be like ben 10 and be able to change into at least 5 other forms. This is his first form called Alpha. Then he can copy other heroes Chance Powers.TXT

Hello Everyone I wanted to know does Penetration on an attack go through Absorption As Defense ? Anyone ???

I'm using Champions 6th ed So I'm using the Primus in the Stander Champions setting I was trying to figure out stats for Golden Avengers Sliver Avengers Stander Primus Agents I was think normal primus agents with out any powers would be the level of special forces. So I guess like Shield from Marvel. I guess for non powered ones there would be three threat levels I guess if I was running primus. Level 1 = Low Threat: They carry normal Primus gear like the plasma rifle, armor and so on Level 2= High Treat: I imagine would have even better armor and more powerful weapons and things to hold very dangerous powers Level 3 = Omega Threat: I Think would have on Powered Armor Along with even more powerful weapons.

Hey guys I wanted to know what kind of Stats a normal Primus Agent should have ? I think they should be built 275 to 300 points. I saw the stats on there gear but not there stats them self.
