Just to let you know, ZONE TROOPERS was a low budget film made in 1985 ( I believe ). But the script and direction make it look like a 40s-50s movie -- it is one of my all time favorite B movies.

Trancers (1985) made by the same company, and with some of the same stars, has a Pulp feel especially in the beginning despite being a Time Travel movie.

Just to let you know, ZONE TROOPERS was a low budget film made in 1985 ( I believe ). But the script and direction make it look like a 40s-50s movie -- it is one of my all time favorite B movies.

This is an out-of-left field suggestion, but the guys who wrote THE ROCKETEER made a low-budget film called ZONE TROOPERS. It is a WW2 story where the GIs run into an alien and help him escape from the Nazis. Good fun.
